The Texas Rangers have reached an agreement with Bally Sports Southwest for their television broadcasts during the 2024 season, which includes 153 regular season games and four spring training games. These games will also be available for streaming on the Bally Sports app and at BallySports.com. The Rangers expressed their excitement about the partnership and their ongoing efforts to improve how fans can view Texas Rangers baseball.
There will be some changes to the broadcast team this season, with Dave Raymond returning for his eighth year as lead TV play-by-play voice. New analysts joining the team include former Rangers players David Murphy, Mike Bacsik Jr., and Dave Valle. Jared Sandler will do play-by-play for select games, and Emily Jones and Lesley McCaslin will return as in-game reporters.
Bally Sports’ spring training coverage begins on March 14 when the Rangers face the Cincinnati Reds in Cactus League action at 8 p.m. They will also air a World Series rematch against the Arizona Diamondbacks on March 16 (3 p.m. in Surprise), a March 18 game against the Seattle Mariners (3 p.m. in Surprise), and a March 25 matchup against the Boston Red Sox at Globe Life Field. The regular season coverage kicks off with the Rangers’ March 30 game against the Chicago Cubs at home.
