Lamar Jackson Remains Positive Following Ankle Injury on Thursday Night

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was also injured during the game against Bengals on Thursday night. He sustained an ankle injury after being tackled by Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson in the first quarter. Despite visiting the sideline medical tent, Jackson returned to the game without missing any snaps. However, he was later seen getting his ankle wrapped.

After the 34-20 win, Jackson spoke with the team’s website and assured everyone that he was feeling fine. He said that the wrapping was just a heat pack and encouraged people to stop talking about his ankle. He added, “I’m feeling good,” and assured that he would be good for their next game against Chargers.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh praised Jackson’s play after returning to the game, calling it “very impressive.” He noted that Jackson’s performance ultimately led the team to a win that brings them closer to an AFC North title.
