In a bid to improve the agricultural sector, a coordination table has been established for work in agriculture. The table will bring together ministries, unions, and organizations to discuss labor costs, manpower procurement, flow management, training, and simplification. This was revealed by Patrizio La Pietra, the undersecretary of Masaf, at a meeting held with representatives from Agricultural redemption.
La Pietra emphasized that the government is fully committed to defending the agricultural world and will do so with the same conviction. He also announced that a new policy for community agricultural projects is being considered, which will directly impact the agricultural industry and its stakeholders.
The majority of farmers will benefit from new policies that are soon to be introduced by the government. Discussions will begin with the Regions and agricultural organizations to identify supply chains for initial support interventions. Additionally, a revision to the insurance system is underway to reduce insurance policy costs for farmers, expand coverage and provide greater protection against catastrophic risks.
