Quantum Health care coordinators are a team of nurses, benefits experts, and claims specialists who are available to assist with a range of tasks, from replacing ID cards to handling more complex issues like claim resolutions.
Employees can contact Quantum Health care coordinators at 844-460-2801 starting on December 1, 2023. The coordinators are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. A dedicated website for JHU employees will also be launched on January 1, 2024. This website will provide easy access to resources and tools that help employees navigate their health care benefits and pharmacy benefits.
