Garden Grove man arrested for making shooting threats against employees during contract dispute

A man was arrested by the police for allegedly threatening employees of a Garden Grove business during a contract dispute, where he threatened to shoot them. Garden Grove Police Department investigators identified the suspect as 61-year-old Stephen Joseph Strigas, who had numerous firearms registered under his name. He was taken into custody on Thursday as he arrived at work in Fontana. During a search of his vehicle, police found an AR-10 rifle and multiple rounds of ammunition. A search warrant was executed at his home in San Bernardino County, where more firearms and ammunition were found. Strigas has been booked in Orange County Jail for making criminal threats.
