The recipe for stuffed potatoes serves four people and requires 90 minutes of preparation. To make this dish, you will need eight large potatoes, 500g of mixed minced meat, two cloves of garlic, two onions, 75g of pancetta, three tablespoons of pureed tomatoes, one tablespoon of red wine, eight teaspoons of sour cream, one tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices.
