Breaking Down Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waivers for People with Disabilities: A Webinar on Pennsylvania’s Programs

Webinar on Medicaid Waivers for Disabilities to be Hosted by RCPA Member Achieva & PA Health Law Project

On April 2, 2024, RCPA member Achieva and the Pennsylvania Health Law Project will be hosting a webinar titled “Understanding Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waivers for People With Disabilities.” The webinar, led by Janice Meinert from the Pennsylvania Health Law Project, will provide valuable insights into Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Home & Community-Based Waiver programs.

The session will cover important information on eligibility criteria, application procedures, available services, and the process for annual waiver clinical eligibility redeterminations. Those interested can register for the event on Achieva’s website with funding provided by the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council.
