The Armenian Foreign Ministry has expressed serious concern over the escalation of tension in the Middle East. Official Yerevan is urging for dialogue to be prioritized in order to avoid further confrontation.

On the night of April 13, Iran launched anti-aircraft missiles and rockets towards Israel. The majority of the nearly 300 drones and missiles were intercepted by Israel’s allies. However, the incident has raised alarm in the region.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry emphasized the need for all parties involved to work towards de-escalation and find peaceful solutions to avoid further conflict. The situation in the Middle East remains volatile, and it is imperative for all sides to exercise restraint and prioritize diplomacy.
