KULR Technology Group (KULR) recently announced the appointment of Donna Haley Grier as a new director and chair of the Audit Committee. With her extensive experience in finance, auditing, and risk management, Grier is well-equipped to take on this important role. Her impressive background includes leadership positions at Global Advanced Metals and 4BMining, as well as significant roles at DuPont and service on the board of Washington & Jefferson College.

In a separate announcement, it was noted that Mr. Morio Kurosaki has stepped down from the Board due to other commitments, with no disagreements cited. The Board has also approved equity compensation for both outgoing and continuing members, recognizing their contributions to the company.
