Collaboration between Kansas Hospital Association and FHLBank Topeka

The Kansas Hospital Association announced the hiring of Summer Fangman, who will be joining the team as an administrative professional. Fangman, a recent graduate from Washburn University with a degree in psychology, brings with her excellent customer service skills. Prior to joining KHA, Fangman worked as a shift supervisor at Glory Days Pizza and as an activities assistant at Ascension Living Via Christi Village. In her spare time, Fangman enjoys entertaining friends and family with locally grown foods and resides in Topeka.

In other news, Lance Liby has been appointed as the new chief business officer for FHLBank Topeka, a wholesale bank that provides credit to member financial institutions in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Liby, who previously served as the chief credit officer, will now lead many member-facing areas of the bank. With a background in credit analytics and experience as a vice president at Mortgage Liquidity Solutions, Liby is committed to the success of FHLBank and its members. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Kansas State University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Liby expressed excitement about his new role and the opportunity to enhance the bank’s products and services to better serve its members and communities.
