Big Red’s Montgomery transferring to Point Park for News, Sports, and Jobs

Steubenville High School senior Te’jah Montgomery recently signed her letter of intent to play volleyball at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. This opportunity allows Te’jah to continue both her academic and athletic pursuits at the NAIA level in the River States Conference.

The signing ceremony was a special moment for Te’jah and her family. Among those who attended the event were her brother Tayveon Montgomery, sister Tamia Harris, mother Angela Montgomery, father Terrance Montgomery, grandmother Celester Minniefield, and brother Jonathan Blackmon. Additionally, the ceremony was attended by SHS principal Ted Gorman, Tessa Filtz, SHS head volleyball coach Logan Colabella, Eliea Kelley, and SHS assistant principal Aaron Newman.

This achievement marks a significant milestone in Te’jah’s journey as a student-athlete. Moving forward, she will bring her talent and dedication to the Pioneers volleyball team, where she will continue to excel both on and off the court.
