Amazon to Launch Online Sales of Hyundai Cars in 2024

In a groundbreaking announcement, Amazon has revealed a strategic partnership with Hyundai that will revolutionize the way people buy cars in the US. Starting in 2024, car dealers will be able to sell vehicles directly on Amazon’s website for the first time, with Hyundai being the first brand available for purchase. This new digital shopping experience is designed to make it easier than ever for customers to find and buy a new car online, allowing them to search for available vehicles based on their preferences such as model, equipment, color, and features.

Customers will also have the option to pay online with their preferred payment and financing options and can pick up their vehicle from local dealerships or have it delivered straight to their doorstep within an appropriate time frame. With this new partnership, Hyundai is set to become the first brand available for purchase on Amazon’s website in the US, making it easier for customers to buy cars online than ever before.

In addition to this exciting news, Amazon CEO Andy Jassy has also announced that new generation Hyundai vehicles will be fully integrated with Amazon’s artificial intelligence assistant Alexa starting from 2025. This means that those who purchase Hyundai’s latest models will be able to access Alexa’s features in their cars, allowing them to play music, podcasts or audio books, receive current traffic updates or weather forecasts among other things.

Jassy highlighted that this partnership aims to change how customers buy cars online and provide opportunities such as making it easier to use Alexa in Hyundai vehicles for entertainment, shopping and calendar controls. This innovative move by Amazon and Hyundai is set to transform the automotive industry by bringing together two of the world’s largest companies and providing customers with a seamless digital shopping experience when it comes to buying cars.
